Like Wonka, Halliday and now GXT, we are sending you on a quest! So let's get some of the rules out of the way....
Kel found the first coin pretty fast way out in the Mojave Desert! More coins are being hidden and more directions will be placed here on this page just like before. Directions, clues, and 'X" doesn't always mark the spot.
Yes, we will announce when the coins are hidden and when the clues are available.
GREAT JOB KEL'S!

Here is your clue to go along with the picture:
"Once you figure out what the four horizons are, you can narrow it down to what state the coin is in. Just play, don't be a DOWNER."

After spotting a clue in a very odd post from GXt (as we left Reno) they started putting the regular clues together and then hit the road. They narrowed it down to a couple of places and then began to scour the areas. Even asking for help from staff and employees showing them the clues. But in the end, they made the discovery on their own and Gold Coin#8 has been found~!
This coin was found hidden/glued under a park bench in Sacramento. Phil's Garage and his daughter Jackie were on the hunt. 2 days of picking apart clues led them to the find!
Good job team McNeil!

A complex series of instructions, codes, and riddles hide the coin. Briggs (GenZKid) is responsible for your headache and heartbreak. If you solve a clue email goldcoins@genxtalks.com so you can move on.
He gave you 2 of the numbers, geez.

Shannon Brigode has found coin#12! It was four hours away by car for her and she went back more than once to try and find it. But in the end, with others on their way to that corner, she got it first!
Another coin off the list and now Shannon has her name carved into GXT lore forever! (and she can look for the ultimate prize when all have been discovered)
GOOD JOB SHANNAN!
Other pics are coming but stop looking for this coin as of now!
Reading the words from the picture to the side, what state of the union do you think the coin is hidden in? Yes, this is another BRIGGS style clue. He seems to think it is enough for you to get an answer on.
Guesses? Problems? Issues? Complaints? LOL
Gold coin#15 is hidden and ready to be found! Here is your first clue! If you think you know the answer (The State) on where to start? email us at goldcoins@genxtalks.com and we will move you along to the next clue.
Remember, start with the state, then we will help you narrow the search.
Kevin Harris found a gold coin in Eureka, CA. Many tried and couldn't figure out the clues, and some had the answers but when they looked, they could not see. But not Kevin!
my man wandered the many paths until he found the coin and tore it from its footings! Well done!
Nick and Melissa Reis! (found in Eugene, OR)
They did it! One of the harder sets of clues and they figured it out! People complained because those who figured out the type of place tried to use Google Maps to see the exact sign. But this sign was put up AFTER Google's last update, so you must drive and look! One of the clues did have a city ordinance clue that could be decoded for the town. At any rate, GREAT JOB!!!!
Born from a rush? Built from a rush? Don't start your Fun-Fact-Freddy (The, 'I know more than you do', attitude) Just relax and figure out the clue. Then complain because it's too far away, then gripe you want one in your state. After you're done, call a buddy who lives near the coin and have him go get it for you. See? easy.

Carebrat found this on in Honey Springs, OK!
This little coin was in a very obscure place. Honey Springs battlefield in Oklahoma! LOUDONE and SH! hid the coin and GXT made the clues! Your very own Carebrat found this one! Along with security detail of Shadowgrowlonger and Blue Knight.
See? The clues can be solved. The riddles can be unraveled!
The graphic is meant to deceive. The words are real.
Yep! With a lot of dedication and problem solving Blue Knight (along with Carebrat and Shadow Grows Longer) coin#27 has been found in Texas!

(Everyone gets their clues replied to at the same time. Usually once a day. If you didn't get a reply, nobody else did either)

You are looking for a state. (duh) However, Briggs clues lead you sort of to a city and a county with the same name (from his clues). Then you can guess the state. If you just start guessing state after state, guess after guess, he will force you to 'Show Your Work" ...LOL and ask why you are guessing that state. Making sure you deduced his clues...
